10 ways to serve your chicken!

This week at Farmers Pantry, you can grab a RSPCA asssured, Red Tractor 1.6kg chicken for just £5. With so many people taking this offer up we thought we’d share some really simple mid week ideas for serving this much loved classic:



Classic Roast Chicken: Serve the whole roast chicken with simple sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy for a traditional feast. Don’t forget the cranberry sauce!


Chicken Salad: Shred the roast chicken and toss it with fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and your favorite dressing for a refreshing salad.


Chicken Tacos or Burritos: Use shredded roast chicken as a filling for tacos or burritos along with salsa, guacamole, cheese, and other toppings.


Chicken Sandwiches: Slice the roast chicken and make sandwiches with your choice of bread, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite spreads like mayonnaise or pesto.


Chicken Soup or Stew: Use the roasted chicken carcass to make a flavourful broth for chicken soup or stew. Add vegetables, noodles, or rice for a hearty meal.
