They come frozen, so simply ask your butcher for a frozen kiev and store it in your freezer at home until you're ready to use. These are priced at £2.70 per kiev.
Cooking instructions are a breeze:
Standard Kiev: Oven bake for best results. Remove the plastic lid and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes.
Gluten-Free Kiev: This is a frozen product. If it has defrosted - DO NOT REFREEZE
Oven bake for best results. Preheat oven to 190c/Gas Mark 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Suitable for home freezing. If defrosted, take 10-15 minutes off the cooking time.
